CommerceHub, as a business, was growing by leaps and bounds. Their clients include some of the largest online retailers in the world and they had acquired a number of new technology companies to bolster their service offering. Their company had gone through a major transformation; and now it was time for the brand to catch up. This meant a new brand platform, new audience strategy, new messaging and tone of voice, new visual branding and a fresh new name to announce to the world that the old ecommerce brand was charging boldly into the future.
